They seem to have been educated to be parochial in their thought processes and to only read books to pass exams. Also, they are not very loyal, seeing jumping from one job to another as a virtue and as a way to get instant gratification.

Filipino’s are usually, very articulate, worldly, avid readers and also able to write well in more than one language. They are also very loyal, hardworking, and conscientious. The stability of getting and holding a permanent job is a measure of their success.
